These are pictures of the Hospice of Western Reserve, where Jeff resided from July 2006-September 2006 (see Amy's update on July 19 for an explanation about this).  The kids liked it there and the family was able to stay with Jeff there. The facility is beautiful.  It sits right on the shore of Lake Erie, and the landscaping and garden there is very well maintained. 

This picture above was the view from Jeff and Gwen's door.  He could look out, from bed, and see all of this.  In the background is Lake Erie.  All of the rest of these pictures were taken right in Jeff's backyard.

This was a shot looking at Jeff's door and the porch.

We went out one night and watched the sun set over the lake from beneath this willow tree.
